1.  Co-ordinator NAAC at Govt. Lahiri College, Chirimiri, and prepared the SSR and conducted the Peer Team Visit on 25-26 September 2017. (The First College in Koriya District to be assessed and accredited by NAAC, Bengaluru)
2.  Co-ordinator for the visit of NAAC Peer Team to Govt. Rewati Raman Mishra College, Surajpur, Chhattisgarh from 15-17 September 2016. Prepared SSR and a Key Member of IQAC. The college got ‘B’ grade.
3.  Submitted LOI and IEQA of Govt. Madan Lal Shukla College, Seepat, Chhattisgarh  to NAAC during my tenure in the college in 2013. Co-ordinator of IQAC of the College. The College got ‘B’ Grade.
4.  Co-ordinator for the visit of NAAC Peer Team to Govt. Bilasa Girls’ P.G. College, Bilaspur in 2005 and the college got B++ grade.
5.  Prepared SSR of Guru Ghasidas University, Bilaspur and sent to NAAC in 2004 as Deputy Registrar (On Deputation).

Award:
Awarded Associateship for research at Indian Institute of Advanced Studies, (IIAS) Shimla for a period of Three Years. (Under UGC-IUC Scheme) on the topic “Folklores and Oral Tradition of Chhattisgarh”.

A)  Job Profile:


Job involved teaching English Grammar and Literature to Under Graduate and Post Graduate and M.Phil. Students as per the UGC/University Syllabi. Have taught Research Methodology, Indian Writings in English, Criticism, New Criticism, Shakespeare, History of English Literature, Diasporic Studies and Post Colonial Literature to Post Graduate Students. Designing English Curriculum to suit required needs.

Have taught Communication Skills, Grammar and Literature including Body Language to Graduate Students.

Was In-Charge of the Creative/Personality Development Cell of the college which involved organizing Seminars/Workshops/Lectures for a holistic development of the Students. Was In-Charge of National Service Scheme (NSS) and various other programmes related to overall development of the students.

B)  Counsellor of IGNOU for MEG(All), FEG (All), EEG (All), CTE, CWR etc. courses.
Job involved teaching Grammar and Literature to Graduate and Post Graduate Students as per the IGNOU syllabi. Have taught Translation Proficiency for Radio and TV.

Ø  Awarded 300 US Dollars for the Research Paper entitled “Potentiality of Drama in

Teaching English as a Second Language” by Asia TEFL (Teachers of English as Foreign Language). One among the two Indians and 30 Asians awarded.
Ø Selected by Rotary International to visit England under Group Study Exchange Programme for a month in 2005
Ø Awarded UGC Fellowship to undertake Doctoral Thesis.
Ø  One of the First Few to work on the Novels of Arun Johi to bring him from Margins to the Centre through undertaking Doctoral Thesis on his novels.
